TCT is a participating United Way Organization, and its success is attributed to individual, church, and business donations. We rely on the generosity of the community for volunteer and financial support and are grateful for the spirit of giving and participation.

We desire to continue to build a broad base of ongoing support in order to respond to the growing need. Regular expenses include: food, cooking and serving utensils and equipment, salaries and wages, insurance, and office supplies.

 

Volunteer

The Community Table serves hot meals 365 days each year to those in Eau Claire needing food and hospitality. We rely completely on volunteer teams from the community to prepare and serve the hungry.

Educate

In 2008, 49.1 million Americans, including 16.7 million children, lived in food insecure households.  This means that at some point throughout the year, they did not have access to sufficient food resources to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
